The procurement department for the MoD is humungous and whilst soft cash is fine there are limits. This is linked into Universities not world defence.

Indonesia, Middle East naturally, few revolutions occassionaly in South America, rough ex-soviet state? African dominion implosion etc etc etc.

If we are in this EU type nonsense then may as well not duplicate embassies, perhaps.

Martin McGuiness at Birmingham was a bit inappropriate, perhaps? Polis cost cash and i'm fed up with spending.

Don't forget to mention, in a touchy-feely sort of Dave is cool way, that today would have been the 70th birthday of John Lennon, the IRA loving pop singer, , who held up a placard saying 'victory for the IRA against British imperialism'
