New Style Policing? "If You Have No Money You Won't be Charged"

So now we know. In Norfolk there really is one law for the rich and one for the poor. Norfolk Blogger reports that a victim of crime has just received a letter from Norfolk Police telling them that no further action will be taken against the perpetrators, who were caught as a result of CCTV evidence, because they were "unemployed foreign nationals with no income".

As Norfolk Blogger says: This is hardly a statement likely to engender confidence in the legal system or likely to create racial harmony. People are under the misapprehension that the legal system is biased against the law abiding majority, and this sort of police statement plays straight in to the hands of those who want to stir up racial hatred.

The BBC reports that Norfolk Police are rapidly backtracking looking into the incident and that local Labour MP Dr Ian Gibson is taking up the issue.

It is the sort of thing that requires the quote "it's political correctness gone mad !"

The police are not taking any action against criminals? Whatever next! How unusual.....NOT!

Ok
So how would a Latvian axe murderer with a talent for dodging the BBC tax deal with this moral dilema?

For God's sake, Iain! They've got new exagamous baseball caps for the country that invented, via Robert Peel, the police and still, in some ways, regard seeing a bobby's helmet as a source of comfort!

So let's take that away from the Brits!

And, for no reason at all, get baseball caps, which are worn by no police service in the United States.

I hope they get bashed over the head to give ian blair to illustrate another triumph over the indigenous Brits who invented the police service. Our bobbies' helmets were re-inforced to prevent injury to the head.

American police forces will think these people are laughable. And they are. Baseball caps are for baseball. Duh.

PHitch - I've just seen your comment! Yoh, Blair!

This is hardly new.

The courts are clogged up with people with no assets (whom it is pointless to fine), and for whom there are no gaol spaces left.

Until they build more prisons what are the police supposed to do?

Norfolk Blogger - There was never any such thing as 'political correctness'. It was always a chimera to control the British electorate.

You allowed it. Were you too stupid, dull-witted not to understand what they were doing? How did you miss it? Those 3m of us who have run away from Britain saw it. Why didn't you.

Phitch, I think the BBC would come after him full tilt, with six QCs for a primary hearing, as they did in the case of England's Jonathan Millar. Six QCs against one man and his solicitor in a primary hearing.

Its a conspiracy.

Soon Burberry wearers from Land End to John O Groats will claim to be Foreigners with no income.

To solve the problem, John Reid will claim "The only solution is id cards" .

The people will be grateful to their overseers.

I'm not a great believer in conspiracy theories (unlike Guido) - as Sir Humphry Little said in Yes Prime Minister - "Nine times out of ten conspiracy is incompetence."

Well I think there ate TWO conspiracies. The first consipracy caused by incompetent politicians and the second consipracy caused by the first consipracy.

The first consipracy has been caused by more systemic "liberal" Government laws and social structures. These new laws, even human rights, and social structures, such as one parent families and immigration, have failed to address the issues that more people will abuse their rights. This has led to more crime.

The jails are now full and the Government has sent a message to the judges that if they pass custodial sentences then the parole boards will be letting offenders with more serious offences out. Under a duty of protection to the public the judges are not handing out custodial sentences.

This, is of course, leading the rise in less serious offences - the so-called "background crime" and making crime worse.

So where's the misapprehension in that?

Speaking of The Law Iain.........why do we get The Stevens Report into Death of Diana + Inquest..............when Dr David Kelly is found dead in suspicious circumstances and there is NO Inquest because Blair decides the Hutton Report substitutes for an Inquest ?

Is this really an equitable arrangement for citizens and their families to be denied an Inquest ?

I don't suppose the idea of deportation ever crossed somebody's mind?

I am starting to think that there is a conspiracy to drive us all out of the country for our "retirement". Either I drop dead working or I sell up and settle in a 3rd world country.. There are many like me, early 40's, no pension. Perhaps there's is a "population exchange" plan.

So Gibbo is on the case. Where have I heard that one before?

I wish there was one with America.

If you take a look at our website www.newscounter.com you will see the response from Norfolk police now they've reviewed the file [the incident is almost 3 months old].

In view of their response, is it as compelling a story as it first appeared?

I just wish we could merge with Canada and have Joint-Citizenship - that would give us much more space and raw materials and The Queen could continue as before

Not un-English. Un-EUropean. Because our EU lords and masters' directive, gold-plated by the Legal Department of the Home Office or whatever, won't let us.

That's why.

I doubt that the other 2,999,999 are as perceptive as you Verity. They are probably just economic migrants.
