Last night I recorded a PodCast with John Hayes MP in the bar of the Midlands Hotel in Manchester. You'll be able to hear it from next Friday. John is the chairman of the Cornerstone Group of MPs and a proponent of social conservatism. As you might imagine, he and I take a slightly different approach to politics so I hope you'll find it a reasonably entertaining listen. John hadn't heard of podcasting before but was fascinated with the whole concept and as soon as we had finished recording insisted on listening to the whole thing all over again. That's entertainment! In the meantime, the John O'Sullivan Podcast will remain live for the next 24 hours (click the icon on the left) and a new one will be uploaded tomorrow.

Podcasting is very popular with politicians in The Netherlands and were used a fair bit in their recent elections. I am researching it at the moment.
