Just When Labour Thought it was Safe...The Hindujahs Resurface
My spies tell me that the Hindujahs are up to their old tricks again, using their wealth to ingratiate themselves with the British establishment. I'm told that they have given a substantial amount of money to the Duke of Edinburgh's award scheme and were very keen to have a big celebratory bash at Buckingham Palace. In the end they got one at St James's Palace. Their latest wheeze was to offer to sponsor the Queen's Flight. They were given a polite 'thanks, but no thanks'. Obviously their conduit to the corridors of power is not as influential as their old friend Peter Mandelson used to be...

Are these the same Hindujahs that used to donate money to the Tories when you lot were in power - they sponsored fundraising dinners so it's a dact not a supposition - or some different ones?
