These blogs were voted for by the readers of more than 60 UK political blogs and the readers of TOTAL POLITICS Magazine. Each person voted for their top ten blogs. Their favourite was awarded ten points, their second favourite nine points and so on down to one point. These were the twenty most popular Green blogs.
The full results will be published in the Guide to Political Blogging in the UK 2008-9 which is published on 5 September and will be available at all the party conferences. You can also order it via the Total Politics website from the end of this week.

I didn't think Peter Crane was an MEP? Please Iain, don't move us nearer to the dictatorship of these prigs than we have to be!
Green: adjective
Young; inexperienced; immature; wet behind the ears. Likely to be gullible, to believe anything.
Why aren't you a member then, Ben? ;)
Congrats to Jim for getting the top spot. He is one of the finest bloggers you're ever likely to read.
Yikes - I'm number one - umm ah - thanks to everyone who voted for me!
Hurrah! Well done Jim - we successfully thwarted your modesty!
Ben, Green.
The colour that is slap bang in the centre of the Rainbow. Flanked by Conservative Blue and Liberal Yellow. The LibDems have moved a shade to the Left and taken the colour of Peter Hain's complexion. Further to the Left there are the Reds of Socialism, Communism and Marxism etc.
Out to the Right we have the Indigos and Violets of Nationalism [UKIP, Veritas etc]
Coincidence?
I was wondering if you would be interested in helping me promote my new fictional book, Quantum Earth on your blog. It's about a group of scientists trying to find out if human thought is the cause of the increasing natural disasters on the planet that threaten to wipe out humanity. Do we create our own reality on a larger scale such as this? It's due out the end of March.
Sincerely,
Julie Achterhoff erthwkr@sbcglobal.net
