How's this for a quote:

"what worries me is not the shortage of grit for the roads, but the near total lack of that grittiness for which we Brits were once renowned.

About the only leading politican to show any these days seems to be the much-abused Prime Minister Brown."

Guess who?

There is no need for any more top blogs. Five or so are enough to keep up with.

The best marketed blogs feed on the lesser blogs, as well as the thousands of commenters dropping off many excellent comments around the 'sphere.

The news is impossible to find on the BBC. But a ten minute read of the main blogs and you know what's going on...the ultimate Bush Telegraph.

Norman Tebbit has just started blogging on the DT. I think there is much room for him.

Unless I am mistaken, despite all the headlines in the Mail, snd all the main blogs picking up on it, the BBC have chosen to ignore the Peter Watt book. Once again their impartiality shines brightly pink
