Which One of These Is Being Sacked by the Government?

Clue: It's not the lard-arse pictured on the left. The Mail reports this morning the because Tracey Temple has broken civil service rules by going public with her side of the story it will not be possible for her to keep her job. Talk about double standards! So Prescott escapes scot free and keeps his job, his Jag, his Admiralty Arch flat, Dorneywood. Life's a bitch, eh?

I'm still amazed that although she aint exactly a stunner, that a man of his.. erm... 'aesthetics', still managed to get it into the sack. Well done Two Shags!

Yes, well more fool her for not checking it out before she opened up her big trap! Surely she had to know they'd hang her out to dry. And he was a crap lay in the bargain!

Prescott has a heart? This woman, a bit of a slapper thought she is, has been pretty badly treated. I don't begrudge her the 250k she got for her story.

Lagwolf. Who cares about Tracy Temple. She knew what she was doing. Nobody forced her to do it. She brought it on herself. She deserved to lose her job. She broke the rules. Prescott should have gone, but hopefully by staying on he will remind the electorate of what an incompetent and ugly Government we have.

Either it’s a private matter in which case she may saywhat she wishes when she wishes or it isn’t a private matterand the Prezza’s got some explaining to do.

I wonder if she’ll actually be fired or "asked to resign". If the former she’ll likely lose her pension aswell. The civil service are bastards like that.

I'd have thought she might have kept a little of the story back, just in case they tried to fire her.

It's a pity our Tracey ain't black, but if she gets a good lawyer and screams SEXISM she may get another 250K. Sacked for opening her mouth? I thought that was in her job description.

"Sacked for opening her mouth? I thought that was in her job description."

Surely the opening was for receiving rather than giving...

She was probably sacked because we have just got British beef reinstated on the International scene, and now our Tracey has gone and blown the cocktail sausage industry.

Oh come on she broke the rules in a massive way & got £250K for it. Poor her. I know its difficult to fire civil servants but in the real world they wouldn't even let her clear her desk.

On the other hand I think she scrubs up very well. We are all used to just seeing film starlets on TV.

Well, in one sense this is yet another gift to his opponents from the Dear Leader.

Now instead of Prezza fading into the background (doubtless to be resurrected in a few years as a proletarian martyr) we have the continuing presence of the fat b'stard. And while he's living it up in his grace and favour home like some evil 19th century capitalist his former mistress is cast out into the snow.

In other words, with the right management, those who like to see the Great Helmsman squirm can keep pushing this injustice in his face until he finally fires the Humberside slob or departs himself.

And there's a bonus. Just think how much fun it's going to be taunting the Sisterhood about their conduct in this affair. How can they keep silent about such obvious injustice being meted out to one of their sisters by an exploitative male? They'll either have to get on board and start hounding fatty or face continuing ridicule.

Nah, IMHO, if there are some reasonably clever operators out there this can be turned to the advantage of all right thinking fellows.

But what exactly are they threatening to sack her for? She didn't reveal any state secrets - unless the size of Prescott's er, manhood (if that's the correct word........) could be regarded as such. No secrets useful to an enemy were told - although the cocktail sausage did give us all a laugh.... It's true JP was held up to ridicule, but he managed that on his own before we ever heard of Tracey Temple.

Don't think there can be Civil Service rules saying you mustn't have sex with the boss - or else surely the boss would have to go too?

I agree with Tim, if it's a private matter - for Prescott - then it's a private matter for Tracey - and you can't be sacked for private matters, not if he isn't being, anyway. I can see the Employment Tribunal Press reports now - banner headlines just as Princess Tony hoped it was all forgotten.

Tracey's got Max Clifford, hasn't she.........

Every time I see her, and consider what she could see in Prescott, I just get the image of Matt's* take on the affair: the woman saying to her husband "I'd rather he punched me"!
