A Brief Report from the Pembury Polling Station

I did a couple of hours telling this morning at the local polling station in the village. It seemed quite brisk, although there are 2800 voters registered to vote there so there should have been quite a steady flow through. This is a vbery marginal LibDem ward, with a majority of only 42 and it's a straight LibDem/Tory fight. The LibDem is only 23 and is very personable and the Tory candidate has worked his socks off, so the result here may well indicate which of the Oppositon parties is going to have the best showing tonight.

LITTE RED BOOK UPDATE: The person who was going to write about Cherie Blair' Goldfish Bowl book, Cherie's expensive haircuts and her Malaysian Shopping vcentre trip has had to pull out. Anyone want to take them over?
