London by Night by Jason Hawkes

A reader has sent me to a link to the Boston Globe which has a superb collection of 20 photos of London by Night by the photographer Jason Hawkes. Looking at them reminds us how lucky we are to live or work in or visit such a fantastic city. View the collection HERE.

Hmm!

No photographs of Brixton or the Street in Balham where I was mugged, London is a cesspit unless you have enough money to live in a good postcode.

Never feel safe in the place ripped off by shopkeepers taxi drivers et al.

London = Fur coat and no knickers and sucks all the money out of the rest of the country but claims to support the rest of the UK what a joke.

Nonsense, there are good bits and bad bits but there are plenty of good places to live even if you aren't a millionaire.

Just remember not to store the images on your hard drive otherwise you might be accused of plotting a terrorist outrage.

It's amazing how much better things look from a distance in the dark.
