The next speaker meeting of the Conservative History Group will take place on Tuesday 13 January. Lord (Norman) Fowler will be addressing us about his book A POLITICAL SUICIDE on the lessons which can be drawn from the last fifteen years in the Conservative Party. The meeting will commence at 6.30pm and take place in the Thatcher Room, in Portcullis House, House of Commons.
If you'd like to attend, please drop me an email.

Talking of political suicide, why are the Tories being so useless at laying the blame for the economy at Labour's door? Does Cameron actually want to win the next election?
At this stage of John Major's administration, Blair was utterly destroying him on a daily basis.
Will be interesting, it is an excellent book with a seemingly refreshingly frank account of the experiences.
