I Scotland, You Scotland, We Scotland

The new YouScotland initiative is a typical example of citizen activism by people who are fed up with the mainstream political parties. I expect to see a lot more of these sites developing over the coming months. Quite what impact they will have is difficult to predict.

Hmm.

Seems to be a radical forum for promoting Scottish independence and multiculturalism to me.

The usual bunch of lefties masquerading as "the voice of the people"..

No doubt they will be delighted by such misrepresentation.

The site leads into some videos showing the Corries. Great to see them singing their own version of 'Scotland the Brave', though I couldn't follow many of the words.

Great too to see the Scots audience respond to this overtly nationalistic song with such obvious pride and a lump in their throats - it put a lump in my throat too, though not just for the Scots.

Do you remember the days when we in England were not just allowed but encouraged to celebrate our national identity without being labelled racists or little Englanders?

I demand that the same right to celebrate English Pride is returned to my country, Broon and nulabour. Not British pride, not European pride, English Pride!

It's typical of closet pro-SNP front. Run by a former Labour Party member who felt he wasn't getting enough recognition, and so set up this bekilted nonsense. So your endorsement obviously comes as no surprise.

More spin than substance.
