What a ridiculous article? nice idea, shame that it completely misses the point and focuses on what he wants to see...

He's not very bright that Goodman chap, is he?

I remember the old joke of nearly 30 years ago-"the Liberal Party - the latest Labour saving device."

Vote Yellow and get Brown would clearly have toilet-humour connotations...Vote p and get s, so let us say:

"Vote Orange and get Brown"

The whole Lib Lab thing is stupid. I'm no astroturfer but it sounded like Campbell was just listing 5 things to prove that Brown can never be a liberal in any sense, that Brown's instincts are to control, dictate and spend. So unless Brown is going to contort himself, Campbell was saying there's no way. It's like saying "I'll put a snake down my trousers if the snake isn't poisonous, it it doesn't have fangs and if it's not going to wriggle."

Sadly many Tories have got the wrong end of the stick and are beating Lib Dems with it; ironically since Cameron is the most liberal Tory for sometime and and it's he who's more likely to pass Campbell's five tests. [/rant]

Leaves an unpleasant taste in the mouth, doesn't it?

I wonder what their policy on "public services" would be..
