It's Friday but the point to notice is Alan Duncan would of (have) been sacked by his Great Leader if he'd made those comments 3 months ago. He knows that on the whole it is no longer a story (the story is soldiers dying in Afghanistan) so he can get away with "insisting" on an "apology". Nobody cares, Dave.
