im sure journeyman footaballer Gary Nelson thought the same when he called his critically aclaimed book by the same title about 15 yrs ago

A comment on UK Polling Report points out that the poll shows the Tories have a 9% swing to them in the 'North'. Quite good really.
Its just the Telegraph headline making mischief.
