Blaney's piece is very odd. He excoriates Steel and Shamash for their performance in case which a) they won and b) the loser was represented by one D. Blaney (although both facts are omitted from Blaney's piece). Indeed Mr. Blaney's client was refused costs on the basis that the case put forward on his behalf had been of no assistance to the Court. Odd that he would want to draw attention to the matter.
