Quote of the Day: Stephen Nolan

"Something I never thought I'd ask on national radio...
but what does Iain Dale taste like?"
Stephen Nolan on Radio 5 Live

I'd better explain. Stephen was talking to a man who has a condition which means that he tastes words. When he heard my name, he said he tasted lamb. Sadly, I wasn't quick enough on the uptake to mention Norman...

I used to think I had Synaesthesia as well, because all I tasted was bile when I heard a Nulab voice, sneering some edict or other.

Now thankfully, I know I'm OK because it seems nearly everyone does...

I wonder what the 'european union' tastes like?
A plate of cold dog sick?

BTW & OT & FWIW & IMHO,

Cameron isnt bound by any treaty Brown and his quisling collaborators have made, all Cameron has to do is draw up a law called the 'return of national sovereignty' and put it to a referendum and then though parliament and get royal assent and 'Bobs yer uncle'!

What can the eurotrash toytown nazis do to us if we CHOOSE to regain our democratic right to self determination?
The UK votes on it and a law is passed and that is all that needs to be done, the eurotrash collaborators will whinge and moan, the eurotrash commissars may huff and puff but what can they do, send their army through the tunnel?

The eurotrash need our cash and their trade with us, the constitution prison they have built may look solid but in fact its no more solid than a house of cards.
If we decide to pass independence/sovereign powers laws and enact them, the eurotrash toytown tinpot Castros can whinge and waffle all they like in their toytown fake parliament and via their quisling collaborators, OUR parliament is sovereign and WE decide our fate and future, its as simple as that!

None of newlabours laws are not inviolate and unbreakable, Cameron is only bound by them if he wants to be bound by them.

WE DECIDE OUR OWN FATE, WE ARE STILL THE MASTERS OF OUR OWN DESTINY, NO FOREIGN PRINCE OR POTENTATE CAN STRIP US OF OUR FREEDOM UNLESS WE WISH IT.

Cameron will need balls of steel to face down the eurotrash bullies, lets hope he can step upto the plate eh?

Are you sure he said Lamb and not mutton ?

At least he didn't say Chicken.

If I remember he said you tasted like lamb. How I wish you had asked him what Gordon Brown tasted like. I imagine it isn't marmite because some people like Marmite.

Didn't Oscar Wilde say that women had the feel of mutton ? He didn't think much of mutton, of course. Preferred other meat.

I thought he said a Ham

Apparently Gordon Brown tastes revolting.

Sounds fabulous. When I think of Iain Dale I think of 'mint sauce'. Perhaps we should get together....
