...Replied to your email, linked to your blog, moderated the comments properly or followed up on a tip in the last few days. As you can imagine, it's been a little busy and I have about 250 emails which I haven't been able to sift yet. Being out of action all day yesterday didn't help. Normal service will resumed over the next 24 hours...after a quick (or more probably slow) 18 holes this evening. Well, if I'm going to keep getting invited on TV programmes, I've got to keep the weight off, haven't I? Guido keeps refusing to appear on the media, so he's free to stuff himself and drink himself silly in his French hideaway. Lucky him...Anyone would think vanity was winning the day. Perish the thought. Everyone knows that like politicians and journalists, bloggers have no ego or vanity. No sirree.

iain, do what i do. stop being so cheap and get yourself a p.r! just make sure that they credit the p.r to the right site, the beeb managed to get our web address completely wrong last month on bbc london and credit a rival.
