  15. Last night I called her an anal leech.

Now I wonder if her timing is as good in the sack.

  17. Do you feel the judgement of the people? What a brilliant question

  18. To paraphrase a famous man: “Gordon Brown, I have a message for you in the middle of the election campaign. I have a message for you: We have kicked out all your coucillors. Gordon Brown, as they say in your language in the boxing bars around Madison Square Garden in New York: Your boys took a hell of a beating! Your boys took a hell of a beating!”

  28. How many times now has he made a supremely arrogant statement and then said "but I'm not arrogant or complacent"?

  29. I saw Mandelson speak in Mumbai in January, cracked a good joke but the rest of what he said was weak.

None of us who were there were that impressed and he didn't even get a round of applause when he took the podium.

That line from GB that British business men are impressed by what Mandy has done is garbage.

  30. Actually this is painful to watch. Hes repeating himself all the time. Somebody drag him out of there. I bet Blair is watching this and pissing himself laughing!

  31. Sterling has dropped 1.5cents against the $US in the last couple of hours. Looks like the only person impressed with Brown's performance is Brown himself.

    w/v pollyr - prescient?

  32. Iain what do you make of this? It has to be the end surely? He can`t last the weekend.

  33. GB 'We listen to what people say...'

Then resign and call a General Elecion cos that what people are saying.

  34. Flint not going quietly.

Thought making a statement of loyalty would get her into the cabinet.

    Wrong!

I hope someone has made sure the nuclear button has been disconnected, the Prime Minister is as mad as a very large box of bipolar frogs.
