Libya has today taken over the Presidency of the United Nations Security Council. I'm sure that will make us all sleep more securely in our beds.

    You realise that, should you fail to do so, you are fair game for all failed Defect Rectifier spotters on 1st January 2009?

    You are a braver man than I. I readily admit to character defects but pretend to be happy with them; I never, ever, promise to rectify them.
