A Message to Cherie Blair

Just in case Cherie thinks we have forgotten that she hasn't apologised yet for signing the Hutton Report. We haven't.

Sign then tell your friends to sign - then your enemies.

  2. Charities would refuse donations from a cigarette company, so what kind of charity would take money that was raised from the suicide of a decent man?
    Signed body bags, anyone? http://www.bbdo.co.uk/blog/archives/71
No level is too low for the Blair's to stoop, where money is concerned.

  6. To be fair, unless you're especially partisan, you pobably don't give two shits. Dennis Thatcher was a big fan of apartheid but you didn't see anyone pursuing him in petition. He's wasn't elected.

  7. Allan, bullshit. I'd love to see your evidence for that assertion.

  8. I'd be interested to see Cherie's reaction to a 'death warrant' drawn up in her name and auctioned off with a bit of publicity...I bet we'd get more for it than her blood-stained Hutton Report!

  11. Allan is wrong. I am not involved with any political party. Just an ordinary, average, working class voter in the north.
The signing of the Hutton Report absolutely disgusts my family and friends. We thought that bankrupting a children's charity was as low as she could stoop, but this is the most disgusting stunt yet.
As the PMs Mrs, she flogs herself round the country for highest bidder, and is seen as representing us. She does not.
And you lot in politics think we don't know about her touring round the country, to flog her book, and bragging she would never be a stay at home wife, while her daughter was recovering from a suicide attempt?
Then they dare to dictate to us about parenting? Not to mention slag off newspapers that don't hero worship New Labour. They should be grateful they kept silent about that episode.
If they thought it would boost their ratings in the polls, they'd be blubbing on the Des o'connor show about it.
I wonder how Cherie would feel if I sold the actual pill bottle on ebay? It's no differnt to selling the suicide report of a man they hounded to his death.
Dare you publish this comment, Ian?

  12. Has it ever been established who the copy of the report belonged to? I emailed Hazel Blears and Gus O'Donnell a week ago to see if it was stolen HMG property but didn't get a response ....

  13. I also emailed Hazel Blears expressing my opinion and asking who the copy report belonged to - no reply received either - what a surprise.

Ironically, I found her email address on the website www.theyworkforyou.com! The problem with riding the gravy train is they tend to forget who paid for the tickets.

  14. Signed the petition. This issue is definitely at the top of the "topics least likely to illicit a response from a Labour politician". I'm still waiting for a response from my constituency MP Ann Keen on a similarly taboo subject. It's important to keep talking to these people about things that matter to us - even til we're blue in the face. Maybe I'll write to Lynne Jones (my other MP) too.

  15. Wasn't it one of Thtchers children who tried to overthrow a government in Africa?
There are loads of Thatchers children lying in wait for the order to rise but I'm specifically talking about a real Thatchers child who's mummy bought him out of a life sentence.
    Family! Who'd have them?
Can you imagine being Norma? What a **** Johnboy was!
