A Left Charlie
I am afraid my blogging today may be affected by the fact that I feel like **** warmed up. Cold, flu, don't know. But it's not making me feel great. So in the meantime, enjoy this little video from the team at Guy News on how Charlie Whelan doesn't fund anyone and doesn't organise strikes. Oh no, siree.
Sounds like you have a bad case of Labouritis, this disease is particularily hard on your pocket, it has even been known to last 13 years, but good news is on the horizon, the conservative laboratory at CCHQ have developed an antidote, which will come on stream after the 7th May 2010.
In the meantime, watch out for BA planes to fall from the sky as unions play their trump card and ensure their members (Turkeys) bring forward all their christmases at the demise of a great Airline.
Lord Adonis is currently laying low avoiding low flying Nokia's flown from 10 Downing Street.
I think there's no question that Whelan's behind this strike.
ReplyDeleteBut I'm surprised that nobody seems to be pointing out the real reason behind Unite's actions...
..or am I just being paranoid?
D
Dungeekin - I like your conspiracy theory and I would not put it past Brown and Whelan to try pulling it.
ReplyDeleteBut I like your sobriquet of "Colostomy Brown" even better. Sums him perfectly IMO.
Dungeekin, even the paranoid are right sometimes.

ReplyDeleteI like these musical send-ups.
ReplyDeleteI thought this one http://www.bbdo.co.uk/blog/archives/2420 was brilliant.
Have a rest with lots of honey&lemon and take it easy.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon.
Best regards

Walsh letter just being released basically scuppers Brown.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was very apt on Any Questions when Simon Heffer called Charlie Whelan "Gordon Brown's pet pirhana " (sp) ?
