Over to Our Taiwanese Correspondent for More on Bullying
Wait until 35 seconds in and you will see what a laughing stock Gordon Brown has become. Taiwanese TV has dramatised Gordon's temper tantrums.
To all the socialists in denial about how the govt (in particular Brown) runs its affairs, The Times has this report ... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article7037083.ece
" Most civil servants working at the heart of Gordon Brown’s Government are afraid to challenge the way Downing Street is run, it emerged last night. Despite claims of a “zero-tolerance” attitude to bullying, an internal survey of Cabinet Office staff seen by The Times shows that a third want to leave, and 6 per cent want to quit “as soon as possible”. Less than half of staff said that they felt it was safe to speak up. "
Now remind me ... what is is that all you do-gooding socialists are meant to believe in? Clearly we are no all meant to be equal.
Also watch Tory Boy David Pugh's treatment of a member of Council staff and the MPs girlfriend last weekend. She was trying to give the young girl a lift home.
In London an old priest lay dying in the hospital. For years he had faithfully served the people of the nation's capital. He motioned for his nurse to come near.
"Yes, Father?" said the nurse.
"I would really like to see Prime Minister and the Chancellor before I die" whispered the priest.
"I'll see what I can do, Father" replied the nurse.
The nurse sent the request to Parliament and waited for a response. Soon the word arrived; Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Chancellor Darling would be delighted to visit the priest.
As they went to the hospital, Gordon commented to Darling, "I don't know why the old priest wants to see us, but it will certainly help our images and might even get me re-elected Prime Minister. After all, I'm IN IT TO WIN IT". Darling agreed that it was a good thing.
When they arrived at the priest's room, the priest took Gordon's and in his right hand and Alistair's hand in his left. There was silence and a look of serenity on the old priest's face.
Finally Gordon spoke. "Father, of all the people you could have chosen, why did you choose us to be with you as you near the end?"
The old priest slowly replied, "I have always tried to pattern my life after our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."
"Amen" said Gordon.
"Amen" said Alistair.
The old priest continued, "Jesus died between two lying thieves; I would like to do the same."
For a man who is supposed to stand on his dignity can it get any worse? A 59 year old man has been revealed to the nation he leads to be prone to infantilism whenever anything happens that is not to his liking. All we need is for someone to reveal that he occasionally screams and screams until he is sick and the image will be complete.
Perhaps we should suggest that Number 10 invites that lady who deals with brattish children on television to go in and sort him out. I believe one of her preferred methods for tantrums, during which they scream and shout and throw things (ring any bells?) is to shut them in a quiet room until they calm down. Number 10 is a big place. Surely such a room could be found? They could even add it to the Number 10 website. This is the Cabinet Room where great decisions are taken, this is the White Drawing Room, this is the State Dining Room and this is the cupboard under the Grand Staircase where we lock Gordon when he's shouting and throwing Nokias at people because somebody wrote something nasty about him in The Sun.
Don't hold your breath until you see this video played on BBC or SKY News, it will seriously damage your lungs. Another exclusive for the uncontrollable blogs
Nice to see Halsall sticking the knife into the victim - the prerogative of the bully down the ages.
Shoot the messenger if you like but the facts are ... 'civil servants working at the heart of Gordon Brown’s Government are afraid to challenge the way Downing Street is run ... Less than half of staff said that they felt it was safe to speak up'
Mr Halsall cannot hide the truth and tha fact that he tries to shows how corrupt he himself is.
I saw something similar done for the Tiger Woods car crash/spousal beating. There's probably a goldmine of these reconstructions to be dug into by someone with the time.
On BBC News
ReplyDelete"The Electoral Commission has criticised the amount of time it took to hold the Glasgow North East by-election.
The watchdog said November's poll to replace former speaker Michael Martin could have been held much earlier.
It called for rules to be changed after voters in the constituency went without an MP for almost five months.
The commission also raised concerns about how the Labour Party handled its postal vote application forms in the run-up to the ballot. "
I'm so effing proud.
ReplyDeleteHaha!
ReplyDeletePriceless!
Just got back from the pub (west coast).
ReplyDeleteROFLMAO and again and again and again!
Brilliant! You really do not understand the Chinese culture, do you Iain?
ReplyDeleteExplain to me, would you, what people described as Mrs Thatcher's "handbagging"?
also check the subliminal *Anglo Saxon* text @ 1:22 !!!
ReplyDeleteI was watching some US TV (Fox News's "Red Eye") last night and they were making fun of Gordon Brown too.
ReplyDeleteHe really is an international figure of fun.
Haha, brilliant! I would ROFL so much if the BBC made an animated video like that one and ran it on News at 10!
ReplyDeleteLove it!

Gordon Brown gets the Grand Theft Auto treatment.
ReplyDeleteThe animation is fantastic but it looks more like Cameron than Brown to me...
ReplyDeleteI cannot help thinking that in this video Gordon looks a little bit like Hitler...
ReplyDeleteUh oh, not that again...
Just dropped the video off on Labourlist, as Charlie Whelan's just posted there.
ReplyDeleteLet's see how it goes down there - censors permitting!
Let's have a song about Bully Brown to go with the video.
ReplyDeleteD

C'mon Iain, you must know who is responsible for this Tory PR disaster.
Name names, just like you said the Lobby correspondents should.
Nice to see Halsall sticking the knife into the victim - the prerogative of the bully down the ages.

ReplyDeleteWow. That's six blogs I've found this on today, including my own.
ReplyDeleteWas it you, @dailyref or Dizzy who broke it?
"Name names, just like you said the Lobby correspondents should."
ReplyDeleteI'd like to know who put the fake poll showing a 12 point tory lead on ConHome and PolHome last night.
And to think people were worried about editorial standards under Ashcroft.
