Boris Does it Eighteen Times in Ten Minutes
In his latest example of hyper-activity, Boris surpassed himself tonight. My parliamentary mole tells me that in a 10 minute speech on higher education in the Commons this evening he managed to mention London no fewer than 18 times.
Damn! And there was me thinking this was going to be sex related.
