Newspaper Headlines Are the Budget Winners

The newspapers haven't made happy reading for Gordon Brown this morning according to Dizzy. I love some of the headlines - British newspapers at their best...

GORD GIVETH & GORD TAKETH AWAY - Daily Mail
2p OR NOT 2P - Independent
REASONS 2P CHEERFUL - The Sun

6 comments:

  1. I think Gordo is going to reap the whirlwind of his deceit. He thought he was being clever, but methinks he has been hoisted by his own petard.
Roll on the next opinion poll. I hope they ask the question of whether they thought Gordo was deceitful !

  4. How was the Scum anti-Brown?

From what I saw, it was journalistic fellatio from Murdoch.

  5. I see from The Mail that Sky News' Kate Burley shares a bed with george Pascoe-Watson, the Sun's chief Brown-noser.
No surprises there, but I was taken aback to hear that Spectator editor Mathew D'Ancuna's girl friend actually works for Gordo.
