February was the best ever month on the blog with 181,537 unique visitors, 10,000 up on January. The equivalent figure for February 2006 was 32,730. Page impressions were also up 15,000 from January at 312,778.

ReplyDeleteIain, I may have dropped out in February, but on the basis of the number of clicks you have had so far this morning, I will be right back in there!
ReplyDeleteOooooh, look at the pretty numbers, boys and girls.
ReplyDeleteLet's face it Iain, it may have been your busiest month... but your best? Hardly.
But does this mean that you're becoming more Daily Mail than Telegraph?
ReplyDeleteHis Grace is like the karma chameleon:
ReplyDeleteHe comes and goes, he comes and go-o-o-oes...
Do the new entries mean that the hegemony of Guido and Iain is short-lived? ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhich way is the wind blowing in March? This reminds me of pantomime, "he's behind you!". A long way behind in stats. Still, I was getting over 200 hits an hour last night. And, the traffic is still congested in Hull. In any event, you asked the audience and you got the response. I am rather puzzled that you knew more than 10 Downing Street claimed to have known.
ReplyDeleteAm very surprised - have been getting more 'traffic' to my blog, so I would have assumed that more people would click on my favourites - the other sites must have had even more hits...
ReplyDeleteTim Ireland will be pleased...
ReplyDeleteIain, I am confused. Lat month I was not in your top 44 referrers, yet this month I am 33rd, and you've put a down arrow signifying I have dropped.
ReplyDeleteAnd to think you don't like Lib Dem bar charts ;-)
It has just struck that I may be older the His Grace. His jaunt into the world of cross dressing gay crooners is refreshing I must say.
ReplyDeleteUnexpected ..but thrilling ,like the judicious use of citrus fruit in a savoury dish
NORFOLK-Iain, I am confused.
ReplyDeleteThought so.....
Norfolk blogger - who gives two hoots where you are in the list?
ReplyDeleteI had a record month too. I guess we should pour ourselves a glass of something good and reflect that quality always rises to the top.
ReplyDeletePrague Tory, I see it is any attempt to give the Lib Dems a lower polling rating than we deserve. Perhaps Iain's stats are done by Communicate Research ?
ReplyDeleteNich, apologies. Have corrected.
ReplyDeleteActually, I withdraw that apology. You are down as a NEW ENTRY!
