    I read the piece in the times, What amused me that he said he could not understand why there is not much happening from the lefties in this area. Does he not know they have the BBC. He just does not understand what has happened in the media.

    The right are in opposition; people tend to use humour and enjoy more diverse discourse from the sidelines.

    I think I partly agree with him on why right wing bloggs have been most successful, but would add that the silent majority have found a home in these blogs and that is primarily why they are so successful.
