And I'll be on Radio 5 Live's Worricker programme tomorrow at 12 noon talking about the book alongside Guardian cartoonist Steve Bell.

ReplyDeleteIain - Delighted to see you've already stormed up to 319th place on Amazon's best seller list (eat your heart out SeanT), and it can only be a matter of time before WHS relents and HAS to stock your book!
ReplyDeletePeter from Putney
If you get the chance, do give my- and Mrs Tyler's- warmest regards to Steve Bell.
ReplyDeleteBy a spooky coincidence, we were at school together- the real Slough Grammar- where he used to sit at the back doodling hilarious cartoons of the teachers. Even more spookily, we were both in the same A level art class. And most spookily of all, he went on to become Britain's best political cartoonist, and...er...I didn't.
Talent...it's so over-rated.
Glad to help out!
ReplyDeleteWe need something to lighten the days up in Tyneside.
Link in place!
Curly, add one to this blog too and I'll put you on my blogroll!
ReplyDeleteExcuse me for being a luddite. BUT. How can we find out that it is 319th on the amazon best seller list. Is there a link?
ReplyDeleteFind the book on Amazon and it says what its position is. Sadly it's dropped a bit today!
ReplyDeleteLooks great Ian - I'll link when I am back home. One thing - could you pop a link to my blog on there (since I contributed)?
ReplyDeleteIain, heard about your radio appearance via Ellee Seymour's blog, and figured you might like a link to the segment of the programme where you're on.
ReplyDeleteUsing my McQN.net Real Audio Clip Generator you can now listen to just 15 minutes or so with your interview (until Sunday when it'll be overwritten with the new Worricker show)
