I Was So Impressed I Bought the Book
Earlier this evening I toddled off to the V & A in South Kensington to attend the opening of the Dorothy and Michael Hintze gallery. You may recall Michael outing himself as a Conservative Party 'lender' on this blog in March. The reception was packed - I even spotted Jack Straw and Anneke Rice! Michael Hintze's philanthropy knows no bounds and he is so impressed with the Little Red Book that he has offered to pay for copies to be sent to all Tory 'A' List and Fast Track candidates. So that's another 125 copies spoken for. Unbelievably we've now got fewer than 500 left - so get your order in quickly!
Sounds like a reprint looms Iain - I think I'll wait for this which will doubtless also include the disgusting and shameful episode relating to La Blair's signing of the Hutton report for which she hasn't even had the common decency to issue a public apology.

poverty - no. you are obviously a conspiracy theorist!
ReplyDeleteFewer than 500 left? Definately time for a reprint.
ReplyDeletepoverty,
ReplyDeleteIain may be running out of books to sell, for which he should be congratulated, but I can assure you that the underpaid, overworked, Zulu women slaving away at Remittance Traditional Hats Ltd. have ample stocks of tinfoil hats in a number of styles still available.
Remember: It's not just the CIA who can read your mind from space.

What about those of us who bought through Amazon and have been told it'll take 4 to 6 weeks? Will there be any left to send out then?
ReplyDeleteHannibal. have no fear. Amazon will have received the book yesterday, so you should getb your copy very soon. They always put 4-6 weeks up before they actually receive the book into stock just to cover themselves.
ReplyDeleteSo when's the follow-up, Iain?!
ReplyDeleteWhat were Jack Straw and Anneka Rice doing together? Were they 'together' together? Or just together? Or were they hunting for treasure? I can actually read the letters in this word verificiation thing for a change so I'm posting this.
ReplyDeletePRINT MORE!!!
ReplyDeleteAnneka Rice - True Blue surely, just like her brother (and her never to be forgotten jump suits!)
