A very nice lady just came to the Politico's stand and picked up a copy of Boris Johnson's new book. "I bet he's keeping his head down," she said. "You might want to rephrase that," I joked. "Oh dear," she said. "Tim Montgomerie wouldn't be very pleased with me, would he?" Come again?!
