So, Boris is back. Hurrah! And this time he's serious. He must be as he's resigned from The Spectator. He's going to be Shadow Minister for Higher Education. The appointment of John Hayes as Minister for Vocational Training completes a uniquely bizarre triumvirate in the Education team. David Willetts will certainly need to devote both of his brains to keeping these two mavericks in order. Good luck to him!
