Rethink on Euro Question

I understand that Tony Blair has had a rethink on the European Constitution question. He now thinks the referendum question should be: "Do you not not approve so far as much in the case of genuinely agreeing with or in fact showing a high level of disagreement with and therefore accepting without restraint before consultations and objections are finalised for the proposed constitution for the European Union."
