Nick found no such thing. As I pointed out to him in my comment to him, it took me 30 seconds to find out that the publication he attacked has NO affiliation to the NHS whatsoever.

Just heard Miliband on R4. Comment moderation has been enabled; suffice to say Conservatives oughtn't have too much to worry about.
