I bring good news. I hear from sources close to Tory MP David Ruffley that he will be returning to the Commons on Monday. You may remember that in June David was involved in a terrible incident in which he fell under a train pulling into Victoria Station. (original story is HERE). He had been suffering from depression.
I know everyone will want to welcome him back into the heart of the Westminster Village. He's very popular across the party divides and I am sure his colleagues will be delighted to see him again.
