re your twitter on duvet covers - you simply put the duvet on the bed and then place the cover on top - inside out (top down) - you then put your hand inside the cover and all the way to grab one of the top corners and pull the duvet inside the cover. Repeat with other corner and work the duvet into the cover.
Practice on a pillow case.
The cover should be inside out anyway assuming that how you took it off in the first place.
