The 'reading between the lines' drift is that something untoward may be going on here ? But I'm not really sure how a 'chairman' is expected to have hands on work to do in checking for ballot rigging - surely his job is to check that staff are available and deployed to do that for him ? <BR/><BR/>Maybe you think he should have an oversight role ?
