I am sorry to hear that UKIP have fallen so far that they are now accepting donations from West Ham supporters.

Which are you worried about, Iain? That he supports West Ham or is a pornographer?

Hang on... he owns Birmingham City. I have only one thing to say: "Up the Villa!"

Well, perhaps two things to say, the other being: "Baggies, Baggies Baggies, Boing, Boing, Boing!"

Fair enough you don't like the LD.

I get it but can you stop with the constant berating of them.

Perhaps pick on the BNP they are more deserving.

For fear of getting a rather maniacal response from you. Do you despise them perhaps because you tried to join their party and they wouldn't have you. :)

Anon, I have never tried joining the LD! They are pious little devils who distort the truth!

It would be like joining the flat earth society! (Pointless) The BNP and UKIP are equally pointless - the difference is they do not have pious little devils claiming to be Liberal and then banning people or advocating people should be banned for voicing their opinion!

If the BNP or UKIP banned me from posting on their sites firstly i would not care and secondly they don't claim to be Liberal! My point with the LD is they are not what they say!

Yes maybe it gets boring for some (Especially Pious Liberal Democrats) but these devils through voting pacts with Labour helped foist the present lot on us!

The Liberal Democrats are a bit like a man excreting wind in a room and wondering where the smell is coming from! It is the Liberal Democrats who helped create the stink by helping Labour to get a majority of 178 in 1997 and 165 in 2005!

Ok you continue to hate the minor 62 seat party with no hope of ever being in government or opposition.

while the rest of us will continue to hate the 356 seat party in government soon to be in opposition.

I see Derek Laud has began blogging too (my.telegraph.co.uk/thespeaker). I wish the Conservatives would take better advantage of people like this. No one else agree with me?

Illiberal Democrat said "No, I dispise Liberal Democrats!"

Yes, you despise them so much that you don't even manage to spell the word correctly. I think LibDems across the land can sleep easy tonight.

Attacking a typo and thinking you scored the winning goal is just sad.

What do you do if your flatmate announces that he is going to start buying The Observer?

Grim Reeper - I may not be able to spell Kalishnikov - but I still know how to fire it and accurately.

Spelling is unimportant except in exams and to self-righteous no-hopers like you.

Sir Paul Stephenson says it's rubbish that he's not afaid to act. Well Paul put your money where your mouth is and let's us know who you are going to act against first. The MPs and public all need some case law in this area before the next election. Depending where Sir Paul draws the lines will determine who resigns.

If Sir Paul is too lenient the public will have no confidence in Parliament. If he is too strict we'll lose a lot of our MPs.

No matter where he draws the lines of criminality the tax man needs to draw two another line to determine who simply pays the money back and who faces a court for tax fraud.

The Party leaders all have to Agee where to draw their lines, so dies the new speaker. So do MPs constituency parties.

Most importantly the voters need to draw their lines.

I make that a lot of concentric lines to be drawn between now and next June.
Most importantly the the public

Totally agree with the comments on Daniel Hannan's public speaking. Thanks for linking us to them Iain.

Dan is a very articulate man but boy he he a 1 trick pony. His voice sounds like a strangled Darlek.

He needs some media training to improve his range.

I have decided to use this forum to announce that I am resigning as a Conservative MP, effective immediately.

Of course, I haven't been elected yet but I want to make sure I do the right thing. More important I want to make sure I do it before any Labour MPs resign - even if they haven't been elected yet either.

You can read the statement on:
